  • How do I join Express Rewards?

    Joining Express Rewards is easy! Fill in your first and last name, email, and password above and then click "Create Account." You're now a member of Express Rewards!

  • How do I earn rewards?

    Simply sign in to your account and shop as you normally would. You will automatically earn 4% in rewards, unless otherwise specified, for every dollar you spend.

  • When do I see reward points show up in my account?

    You will see reward points in your account after we have shipped and invoiced the order you earned points for.

  • How many rewards do I earn per purchase?

    Unless otherwise stated, you will earn 4% in rewards credit for every dollar you spend on merchandise; taxes, shipping charges, and reward point redemption amount (from previous purchases) are excluded from the 4%.

  • Do my reward points expire?

    Your rewards points expire 90 days from the date they become available in your account. Don't worry! We'll send an email 5 days before expiration as a reminder.

  • How can I redeem my reward points?

    Simply sign in to your account, shop as you normally would, and at checkout click "APPLY" under Rewards when filling in your payment information.

  • Is there a minimum amount of reward points I must earn in order to exchange for rewards credit?

    Yes, you must have 100 points ($1) in order to use your reward points.

  • What happens to my Express Rewards points when part of my order is cancelled?

    The points you earned on the canceled or returned items will be deducted from your Express Rewards balance when you cancel or return your order. It is possible to have a negative points balance after you cancel or return an order.
